- Most items are custom made just for you. Please allow at least 2 - 9 business days for us to ship your order (depending on the item). Business days do not include weekends or holidays. You will be notified of busy seasons such as Christmas. These times may require more than 10 business days. Please let me know if you need a rush order as we will do our best to acommodate you!
- How will I know when my gift is shipped to the recipient?
- You will receive a confirmation regarding ship date, tracking number, and time/date
- What shipping method is used?
- Our shopping cart automatically calculates your shipping depending on the weight of your items. We ship USPS. Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). As soon as your order is processed, you will receive shipping confirmation via email. If there is any delay in processing your order you will be notified immediately. Rates are for shipping within the 48 contiguous states of the U.S. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and overseas will vary depending on the location to be shipped.
- What is your return policy?
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied yu may return your item(s) within 14 days of the date you received your order (allow for transit), unused, unwashed, in original condition and packaging for a complete return (excluding shipping charges). Exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Chatterboxx Designs and will be issued a store credit minus a 10% restocking fee. ***Personalized & Custom sales are FINAL*** Exchanges are processed wtihin 14 days of our recipt of the item(s). If the item you have requested in exchange is no longer available a store credit will be issued. Apparel that were purchased a set must be returned as a set. Returns may only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase.
- Do you sell Wholesale?
- Yes! Please visit our contact page to send us a message that you are interested in wholesale. As soon as your information is approved we will forward Chatterboxx Designs guidelines and price sheets.
- Can local customers visit "Chatterboxx Designs"?
- Absolutely! Currently we are exclusively in Southern Bliss Boutique in Gifts on Ash & 5th Street in downtown Frisco, TX.
- Can local customers pick up orders?
- Absolutely! If you choose to pick up your order rather than us shipping it, please select store pickup at checkout. We will email you with pick up instructions.
- Do you offer monogram services?
- Monogram services are available for most Chatterboxx products. Monogram has been included in the purchase price on some products other products list monogramming as an option. On those products please choose a thread color, font, size and style. Prices are as follows: Single Initial - $6.00, triple initial - $8.00, Name (up to 8 letters) - $10 3 and above please add 5.00 to your order Monogramming adds 5 days to shipping time Thread colors: black, brown, light pink, light blue, hot pink, red, white, cream, latte
